PORTLAND, Maine: The Portland Hearts of Pine announced today that they have hired a new Sporting Director. Ray Saari started at El Paso Locomotive FC in 2023 as the club’s first Individual Development Plan Coach. He then served as an assistant coach before being named Technical Director in November 2024.
